I was approached by Beats By Dre to develop a logo mark and visual treatment to accompany the launch of their new sports Powerbeat headphones.
'Beats Run Club' took over a London athletics centre and invited British Olympic Sprinter, Adam Gemili, to take a days sprint training and discuss the importance of music in sport. The logo mark was inspired by the traditional athletics club badge and combined the urban aesthetics of the neon sign. The relationship to music was referenced by incorporating a play button within the ‘A’. The creative was used across invites, posters and t-shirts.
