Chase Distillery wanted to take the next step with their digital strategy, looking to target a wider audience outside of the ‘foodie’ market and increase their direct online sales. This involved transforming their website, online shop and CRM email programme.
At the heart of the project was a brand new website designed to be a home of all things Chase, covering news, events, recipes and their Single-Estate approach to making spirits. In collaboration with their team we developed a new online sales strategy, guiding them on an e-commerce platform, detailed reporting and post-sales care. Each project had to retain the DNA of the Chase family brand whilst adding a richer experience for their increasing customers.
The success of the project continues to exceed expectations. Monthly traffic to their websites has risen by over 1400%, direct online sales have increased by over 240% and 80,000 registered email subscribers and counting.
