With emails sent out to over 40 million users the project was a true collaboration of design and technology; and involved re-coding, re-designing and re-writing eBay’s emails to make them more engaging for customers. The results - eBay’s emails are now 50% faster to create, have a 20% higher CTR and deliver 60% better ROI.
